To stand having coffee and watch the world rushing around beneath you must feel like real time out. Great composition and movement in this image.

@Scene by Sharon Photography: Thanks.
Ah... I love this place. I would like to take so many pictures, but the light is alwaws too low :(
Fantastic capture, this one!

@Sugata: It is dark in that place. I find shooting in raw helps because you can adjust the exposure a little in post processing.
Excellent composition with the people watching people.

@Giovanni: Thanks Giovanni.
I figured it would be more busy. That is a cavernous hall. Those tones are very nice.

@Steve Rice: This was taken after rush hour so not as many people. I think they do a pretty good job staggering the trains so things don't get too crowded!
They have chosen and place to observe.... what a huge space.

@Observing: Thanks. It is rather large but you get used to it!
I see I'm not the only one who thought it would be much more busy! Great shot and a beautiful composition with the coffee drinking ladies watching all those people hurry!

@Monique: Thanks. This was taken after rush hour. During rush hour it can become quite busy (especially with other photographers!).

@pedro alexandre: One of my favorite places in the city. Thanks.
after so many scenes of GC in movies and tv, i felt complete recognition of it when we visited last year; and as a writer, i could have spent all day people watching, drinking in the place - thank you for another view; the balance of light here is wonderful
