A very impressive image, Charles. I don't know what this texture overlay is but the result is very pleasing. Nice close framing, adding to the intense effect. Although this is really fine as it is, I'm wondering how it would look underexposed by a 1/3 to a 1/2 a stop. This should bring out the highlights a little more, and the resulting deeper shadows would probaby add even more drama to the shot. (Detail could easily be brought out of the latter at low ISO, in any case, if required.) Excellent as it is, then. Just an idea.

@Andrew Gould: Great idea...I went back and adjusted the raw image down about 1/3rd and then applied the texture overlay. It does look a lot better...thanks for the suggestion.

great find, capture and processing, I know tomorrow I am going to have to make my way past Bryant park to look for this now I am intrigued
